Effect of an empowerment intervention on people with schizophrenia:with and without intervention a comparative study

INTERVENTION: Intervention1: Empowerment intervention: Empowerment intervention as per the guide lines of the studies which were conducted previously consist of 6 sessions in four week of 45 minute per session. Control Intervention1: Treatment as usual: Patients were kept as treatment as usual. CONDITION: Paranoid schizophrenia PRIMARY OUTCOME: Recovery Assessment Scale .Quality of Life Questionnaire â?? SQOL 18. ; Empowerment Scale in patients with schizophrenia. ; Learned Helplessness Scale (LHS) ; Positive and negative Syndrome Scale (PANSS). ; Timepoint: base line assessment 0 week, post assessment after 1 month SECONDARY OUTCOME: N/ATimepoint: N/A INCLUSION CRITERIA: person with schizophrenia diagnosed according to ICD 10 DCR criteria
