The effect of remimazolam mesylate versus propofol on postoperative fatigue syndrome in patients with laparoscopic colorectal cancer: A randomized controlled trial

INTERVENTION: Remimazolam Group:Anesthesia induction: intravenous administration of remimazolam tosylate (0.2‐0.3 mg/kg), sufentanil (0.5 ug/kg), and rocuronium (0.6 mg/kg); anesthesia maintenance: infusion of remimazolam (0.3‐1.0 mg/kg/h) combined with 1% sevoflurane inhalation, plus continuous intravenous infusion of remifentanil (8‐15 ug/kg/h);Propofol Group:Anesthesia induction: intravenous administration of propofol (1.0‐1.5 mg/kg), sufentanil (0.5 ug/kg), and rocuronium (0.6 mg/kg); anesthesia maintenance: infusion of propofol (4‐12 mg/kg/h), adjusted intraoperatively based on PSI values to maintain PSI between 25 and 50.
