Acupuncture for diminished ovarian reserve: a multicenter randomized controlled trial

INTERVENTION: control group:sham acupuncture;experimental group:acupuncture ; CONDITION: Diminished ovarian reserve PRIMARY OUTCOME: Antral Follicle Count; SECONDARY OUTCOME: E2 level on HCG day;Number and rate of 2PN;High‐quality embryo rate;Live birth rate;Intima thickness on HCG day;Continuous pregnancy rate;Available embryo rate;Biochemical pregnancy rate;Embryo implantation rate;MII oocytes;SAS score;Level of FSH;Cycle cancellation rate;Level of AMH;Number of follicles = 14mm;Clinical pregnancy rate;Early pregnancy loss rate; INCLUSION CRITERIA: (1) aged between 20‐40; (2) meet the diagnostic criteria of DOR; (3) have a need for fertility, and intend to have a spontaneous pregnancy or to use an antagonist regimen to promote ovulation in the next IVF cycle evaluated by a reproductive physician; (4) volunteer to participate in the trial and sign an informed consent form.
