INTERVENTION: Intervention1: Kinesiotaping to Semispinalis Capitis, Levator Scapulae, Upper Trapezius, Sternocliedomastoid, Anterior Scalene 3 times per week for 4 weeks total 12 sessions and MFR (5 min), Deep Cervical Flexor Strengthening with use of pressure biofeedback (5 reps with 10 sec hold),Scapular Stabilization Exercises (5 reps with 10 sec hold), Postural Retraining (5 reps with 10 sec hold): Muscular kinesiotaping was applied using the length (inhibitory) technique to reduce muscle tone and pain. The tape was applied from insertion to origin with 10 15% stretch, while the target muscle was positioned in a lengthened posture. The skin was cleaned prior to application, and the ends of the tape were anchored without stretch. Semispinalis Capitis: With the patient seated and the cervical spine flexed to lengthen the muscle, an I‐strip was applied from the mid‐cervical region upward toward the occipital area from insertion to origin. Levator Scapulae: With the neck flexed, rotated contralaterally, and side‐bent away, an I‐strip was applied from the superior angle of the scapula toward the transverse processes of C1 C4. Upper Trapezius: With the patient side‐bending the neck away from the taped side, the tape was applied from the acromion toward the occipital region using an I‐strip. Sternocleidomastoideus: With cervical extension and contralateral rotation to lengthen the muscle, an I‐strip was applied from the sternum and clavicle toward the mastoid process. Anterior Scalene: With the neck slightly extended and side‐bent contralaterally, the tape was applied from the first rib region toward the transverse processes of the upper cervical vertebrae. Taping was applied bilaterally for 3 sessions per week for a total of 12 sessions over 4 weeks, in conjunction with conventional ph CONDITION: Health Condition 1: M00‐M99‐ Diseases of the musculoskeletal system and connective tissue PRIMARY OUTCOME: Numeric Pain Rating Scale (NPRS) ; Pain pressure threshold (PPT) ; Headache disability index (HDI) ; Timepoint: Pre‐Intervention ( Just after recruitement) ; Post‐Intervention (After 12 sessions) SECONDARY OUTCOME: NilTimepoint: Nil INCLUSION CRITERIA: Inclusion Criteria Age between 18 45 years Both male and female participants Diagnosed with Cervicogenic Headache according to (CHISG) Cervicogenic Headache International Study Group and a positive flexion rotation test Headache that is aggravated or triggered by neck movements or sustained postures Headache duration of at least 1 month chronic or recurrent An average pain intensity of 3 or higher and 8 or lesser on Numeric Pain Rating Scale NPRS Tenderness in one or more cervical muscles especially upper trapezius, splenius capitis, suboccipital muscles Participants who can read and understand English
