INTERVENTION: 1. Patients receive standard regime ‐ no sling and mobilise immediate post‐operative 2. Patients have their treated arm placed in an external rotation splint, which is used at rest and night for 10 days. CONDITION: Surgery: Arthroscopy ; Surgery ; Arthroscopy PRIMARY OUTCOME: 1. Symptoms and Functions ‐ Pain & Range of movement; 2. One main subjective measurement ‐ Constant Score; 3.
