Children arriving in the recovery unit will receive intervention according to the group in which they were randomized. Children in the control group will be followed up to reflect on the clinic\'s routine functioning. However, children in the intervention group will wake up in the recovery unit with their primary caregivers. Between the 2 groups, the pain, wakefulness index and physiologic parameters of the children will be compared.
