Clinical observation of 43 cases with SARS treated by integrated Chinese and Western Medicine

43 cases of infectious atypical pneumonia were treated with integrated Chinese and Western medicine therapy, and 20 cases treated with Western medicine alone were set as the control group. Results: In terms of average fever time, the treatment group was shortened by 2 days compared with the control group, the difference was significant (P<0.05); The systemic poisoning symptom score was significantly lower in the treatment group, the most prominent on the 14th day after treatment (P<0.01); the lung X-ray observation results after 21 days of treatment showed that the lung shadow absorption rate of the treatment group was 86.0% (37 cases), control The group was 50% (10 cases), and the difference between the two groups was significant (P<0.01). At the same time, early integrated Chinese and Western medicine treatment can significantly reduce the amount of hormones in the entire course of treatment and reduce common clinical side effects.
