INTERVENTION: Treatment group:In addition to basic treatment, the acupoints Dazhui, Congzhu, Fengfu, and Yamen are selected. Under the premise of ensuring the same basic therapeutic effects and safety of the selected acupoints, the interactive acupuncture method is implemented. This method involves adding a doctor‐patient interaction phase after the conventional acupuncture technique of obtaining Qi, aiming to explore a potentially more synergistic stimulation pattern. Specific operations are as follows: After acupuncture at the four acupoints in the neck region, the physician collaborates with an assistant, using the thumbs and inde Xfingers of both hands to grip the needle handles and perform small‐amplitude, low‐frequency (30 times per minute) lifting, thrusting, twisting, and rotating techniques with a balanced tonifying and reducing approach. During the needle manipulation, the patient is instructed to synchronize with swallowing and drinking actions, and changes in their drinking status before and after the procedure are observed. After 3 minutes of operation at the four acupoints, the needles are slowly removed. This approach combines acupuncture with task‐oriented training for immediate synergistic effects, and it is predicted to potentially enhance clinical efficacy beyond the effects of conventional acupuncture. The treatment is administered once daily, si Xtimes per week, for a total of 14 sessions. Follow‐up is conducted one month after the completion of treatment.;Control Group:In addition to basic treatment, acupuncture was performed on the four points in the posterior neck region: Dazhui (GV14), Congzhu (GV15), Fengfu (GV16), and Yamen (GV17). For Dazhui and Congzhu, the needles were inserted straight to a depth of 0.8 cun. For Fengfu and Yamen, the needles were insert CONDITION: Post‐cerebral infarction dysphagia PRIMARY OUTCOME: water test score; SECONDARY OUTCOME: Standard Swallowing Function Assessment Scale;Functional Oral Feeding Assessment;Dysphagia‐Specific Quality of Life Scale;infrared imaging; INCLUSION CRITERIA: (1) Meets the diagnostic criteria for stroke combined with dysphagia; (2) Wada drinking test rating of 3‐5; (3) In the recovery phase of stroke (2 weeks to 6 months after onset), with stable condition; (4) Age between 18‐75 years, gender; (5) Patients and/or their families have been informed and have signed the informed consent form.
