耳穴贴压配合生活方式干预治疗痰瘀互结型高血压前期的临床研究 / Clinical research on auricular point sticking combined with lifestyle intervention in the treatment of prehypertension with phlegm and blood stasis

OBJECTIVE: To observe the therapeutic effect of auricular point sticking combined with lifestyle intervention on prehypertension patients with phlegm and blood stasis syndrome. METHODS: A total of 70 patients with prehypertension with phlegm and blood stasis syndrome were included in the study, and the patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group 35 cases in each group, both groups were given the same lifestyle intervention. The treatment group was combined with auricular point sticking and pressure for 4 consecutive weeks, and the blood pressure and symptom improvement of the two groups were compared. The results showed that the blood pressure levels of the two groups were lower than those before treatment. However, the reduction in the treatment group was more obvious (P<0.05); the recovery rate of ideal blood pressure in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05); the total effective rate in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). At the same time, combined with lifestyle intervention, it can significantly reduce blood pressure in prehypertensive patients with phlegm and blood stasis, and it is better than simple lifestyle intervention in terms of restoring ideal blood pressure and improving symptoms.
