Wrist fusion in cerebral palsy.

Twenty-one fusions were done for 19 patients with cerebral palsy who had asked for improvements in hygiene and cosmesis. There were 20 solid unions and one fibrous union. There were no significant complications. This is a relatively predictable procedure in the properly selected patient.
