INTERVENTION: Blood flow restriction training group:Blood flow restriction training is different from traditional exercise therapy, as it requires movement guided by researchers. Wear a compression cuff at the proximal end of the lateral epicondyle of the humerus, with a set pressure of 40% ‐80% of the limb occlusion pressure. Perform low load (20% ‐50% 1RM) resistance training, using a repetition pattern of 30‐15‐15‐15 times, with intervals of 30‐60 seconds between groups. Train 3 times a week for 8 weeks to induce metabolic stress and promote muscle adaptation.;Neuromuscular electrical stimulation group:Place the electrode pad on the affected forearm extensor muscle group muscle belly and use bidirectional square wave pulses. The frequency is set to 35‐50Hz, the pulse width is 250 µ s, and the intensity is adjusted to cause visible muscle contraction that the patient can tolerate. Each treatment lasts for 20 minutes, twice a week for 8 weeks. The intervention aims to alleviate pain, improve local circulation, and enhance muscle function by inducing muscle contractions, while monitoring patient responses throughout the entire process to ensure safety.; CONDITION: Lateral Epicondylitis PRIMARY OUTCOME: Pain; SECONDARY OUTCOME: Upper limb function;Grip strength;Upper limb dynamic balance; INCLUSION CRITERIA: 1. Patients diagnosed with lateral epicondylitis of the humerus according to clinical standards; 2. Those who have not received any relevant treatment; 3. With unilateral pain; 4. Having had epicondylitis for more than three months; 5. When experiencing previous LET attacks, the Visual Analogue Score (VAS) exceeded 3 points; 6. Those specializing in sports or being registered athletes or having obtained athlete qualification certificates.
