INTERVENTION: Intervention 1: Test group.Patients with accommodative intraocular lens Crystalens HD on both sides, preoperative examination, 1 month, 3 months and 12 months postoperatively Intervention 2: Control group. Patients with intraocular Acreos MI‐60 on both sides, preoperative examination, 1 month, 3 months and 12 months postoperatively CONDITION: H25.0 ‐ Senile incipient cataract H52.4 ‐ Presbyopia PRIMARY OUTCOME: Testing of near vision aquity with Radner reading chart, contrast sensitivity with FF CATS, accommodating curve with iTrac, preoperative, postoperative 1 month, 3 months, 12 months SECONDARY OUTCOME: optical quality INCLUSION CRITERIA: No serious ocular diseases, bilateral cataract with IOL implantation need, corneal astigmatism <1.5 dpt
