Effects of acupuncture on nerve conduction function and inflammatory cytokines in diabetic peripheral neuropathy: a randomized controlled trial

INTERVENTION: Treatment group:Mecobalamine combined with acupuncture;Control group:Mecobalamine combined with sham acupuncture; CONDITION: diabetic peripheral neuropathy (DPN) PRIMARY OUTCOME: Michigan neuropathy screen in‐gnstrument, MNSI ; SECONDARY OUTCOME: Nerve conduction velocity;laboratory index;Safety index; INCLUSION CRITERIA: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for type 2 diabetic peripheral neuropathy; 2. Peripheral neuropathy mainly manifested in lower limbs; 3. Stable blood sugar control; 4. No neurotrophic drugs have been taken in the past 2 weeks; 5. Age = 18 years old =70 years old; 6. Subjects agree to join the study and sign informed consent.
