A single-center, randomized, double-blind controlled clinical study of Wubailishi Granules in the treatment of mild to moderate eczema

INTERVENTION: treatment group:Wubailiazi granules + cetirizine + Disongzhangbo cream;control group:Placebo + cetirizine + Disongzhangbo cream; CONDITION: eczema PRIMARY OUTCOME: effective rate; SECONDARY OUTCOME: IGA;EASI;Visual Analogue Scale VAS;dermatology life quality inde XDLQI; INCLUSION CRITERIA: 1. Age >=18 years old, male or female; 2. Patients with clinical diagnosis of eczema (diagnosis basis: mainly based on clinical diagnosis, refer to the Immunology group of Dermatology and Venereology Branch of Chinese Medical Association "Eczema Diagnosis and Treatment Guide (2011)", Zhao Bian "Chinese Clinical Dermatology (2009)"); 3. Lesions were mild or moderate, according to the investigator's Overall Assessment (IGA) scoring criteria, that is, IGA was 2‐3 points. 4. For the first time: newly diagnosed cases or patients taking drugs again after 1 month of drug withdrawal; 5. Volunteer to participate in this experiment and sign the informed consent.
