INTERVENTION: Intervention1: Vipassana based Mindful Parenting Program delivered through face to face for Mothers: The program consists of eight sessions of 60 to 90 minutes, delivered via face to face individual sessions for mothers of children with emotional and behavioural psychiatric disorders, developed based on existing literature and expert validation. It begins with mindful breathing and understanding automatic parenting patterns. Subsequent sessions develop awareness through Beginner s Mind, observing thoughts, and body scanning to build equanimity. Mothers learn to shift from reacting to responding, while cultivating loving kindness and compassion with clear boundaries. Mindfulness is applied in daily parenting to improve bonding. The program also promotes joy, gratitude, and mindful routines. It concludes with the consolidation of learning, relapse prevention, and the development of a sustainable, long‐term mindful parenting plan.
