INTERVENTION: Simple exercise training group:Simple exercise training; The motor‐cognitive dual‐task group:Motor‐cognitive dual‐task training; CONDITION: Osteoporotic pain is a chronic pain caused by bone mass loss and damage to the bone microstructure. It is most commonly found in the lower back and is often characterized by vague, dull pain or aching. The pain usually worsens at night or during weight‐bearing activities and can be alleviated with rest. The pain mainly results from the continuous tension of muscles due to bone deformation, micro‐f PRIMARY OUTCOME: Oswestry Disability Index(ODI); SECONDARY OUTCOME: Training‐related adverse events and serious adverse events;Numerical Rating Scale(NRS);Training adherence; The Falls Efficacy Scale‐International(FES‐I);Falls and fall rate;Quality of Life Scale;Mini‐BESTest;Dual‐task cost(DTC); INCLUSION CRITERIA: 1. Age >= 60 years old, gender not restricted. 2. The diagnosis of osteoporosis is confirmed by any of the following sources: a clear diagnosis of osteoporosis in previous medical records; or diagnosed by a clinical doctor, supported by medical records, bone density/ imaging data or relevant medication records. 3. Chronic pain duration >= 3 months, mainly including low back pain, hip pain or pain related to body load; multiple sites of pain can be combined, but the chronic pain related to osteoporosis should be the main complaint. 4. The average pain NRS in the past 1 week >= 4; 5. The ODI applicability screening is passed: the main functional impairment is related to low back or trunk load‐related functional limitations, and the individual can understand and complete the ODI. 6. Able to understand the research process, sign written informed consent and cooperate with family training and follow‐up.
