Comparing two advanced devices named LMA Blockbuster and Videolaryngoscope for helping put a breathing tube in patients coming to emergency with difficulty breathing and finding out which device has better success rate

INTERVENTION: Intervention1: LMA Blockbuster: Appropriate size LMA Blockbuster to be used as a conduit for orotracheal intubation in patients of anticipated difficult airway Control Intervention1: Tuoren Video laryngoscope: Tuoren Video laryngoscope with adequate size disposable non channeled blade shall be used for orotracheal intubation CONDITION: Health Condition 1: U07‐ PRIMARY OUTCOME: Success of endotracheal intubation in first attemptTimepoint: At baseline SECONDARY OUTCOME: 1. To determine the Time to intubation ; 2. To record the number of esophageal intubations ; 3. To record the incidences of oxygen desaturations less than 90 percentage ; 4. To assess Intubator ease of endotracheal intubationTimepoint: 1. At Baseline ; 2. At Baseline ; 3. At baseline, 2 minutes and ; 5 minutes ; 4. At Baseline INCLUSION CRITERIA: Patients with Anticipated Difficult airway requiring emergency endotracheal intubations
