Study comparing budesonide and saline nasal rinses after sinus surgery

INTERVENTION: Intervention1: Budesonide with normal saline nasal irrigation: Patients will receive budesonide respule 2mg mixed into normal saline nasal douching twice daily for 12 weeks post operatively Control Intervention1: normal saline nasal irrigation: Patients will receive normal saline nasal douching alone twice daily for 12 weeks post operatively CONDITION: Health Condition 1: J330‐ Polyp of nasal cavity PRIMARY OUTCOME: Reduction in sino nasal outcome test score and lund kenedy endoscopic scoreTimepoint: Baseline 2 weeks 4weeks and 12 weeks SECONDARY OUTCOME: nilTimepoint: nil INCLUSION CRITERIA: Patients who underwent Functional endoscopic sinus surgery for Chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyposis.
