INTERVENTION: Intervention1: Targeted Axillary Dissection and low Axillary Sampling: Patients will undergo targeted axillary dissection (which is removal of the marked node and sentinel node biopsy) and low axillary sampling. If node + on table, then patient will undergo a complete axillary clearance. MArking of node will be done prior to starting chemotherapy. The marking will stay in situ/ in vivo for 4‐6 months. And surgery will happen at the end of the chemotherapy period which is 4‐6 months. Control Intervention1: Complete axillary dissection: All node negative patients will have targeted axillary dissection and low a Xsampling AND all node positive patients will have axillary clearance CONDITION: Health Condition 1: O‐ Medical and Surgical PRIMARY OUTCOME: False negative rate of TAD as calculated in comparison with LAS or ALND ; Timepoint: During time of surgery SECONDARY OUTCOME: 1 Identification rate of sentinel & marked nodes ; 2 Accuracy of TAD in predicting a negative axillaTimepoint: During time of surgery INCLUSION CRITERIA: 1 Age more than 18 years 2 All patients with non‐metastatic breast cancer cT1 to T4 excluding inflammatory breast cancer T4d cN1 to 2 before beginning NACT 3 Histological proof 4 Post NACT clinical node negative status 5 Patient willing for study
