Telemedicine-Assisted Structured Self-Monitoring of Blood Glucose in Management of T2DM Results of a randomized clinical trial

INTERVENTION: Self monitoring group for remote medical support:Patients in the test group received a blood glucose meter(BGM). The name of the BGM was SINOMEDISITE which connected to the APP(Huayi Glucose Butler) through Bluetooth. Remote tutoring by doctors for patient self‐monitoring of blood sugar.;Regular self‐monitoring group:Patients in the control group received a blood glucose meter(BGM). The name of the BGM was SINOMEDISITE which not connected to the APP (Huayi Glucose Butler). The subjects in the control group could only examine and save their physiological parameters.; CONDITION: Diabetes PRIMARY OUTCOME: Glycosylated hemoglobin;fasting blood glucose;readings in range; SECONDARY OUTCOME: LBGI;DSMQ; INCLUSION CRITERIA: T2DM with suboptimal glycemic control (7% < HbA1c < 8%), aged 18–75 years, with a diabetes duration of 5–10 years and unified signing of informed consent form
