Objective: To systematically evaluate the clinical efficacy of acupuncture in the treatment of angina in coronary atherosclerosis heart disease (coronary heart disease). Methods Based on Evidence-Based Medicine Co-Chrane System Evaluation as a platform for retrieving Pubmed, Embase, Cochrane Library, China Biomedical Database (CBMDisk), CNKI, Wanfang Database, China Clinical Trial Registration Center (Retrieved until 2014 1 month), track down relevant references and contact the author if necessary. Based on the incorporation criteria and exclusion criteria screening literature, risk assessment tools are used to evaluate the quality of the study, and data extracted using the RevMan5.2 software for Meta analysis. The results were screened out of 13 clinical trials in 1318 patients according to the relevant criteria. Meta analysis showed that, compared with the control group, the acupuncture group in terms of angina improvement, compared with the western drug group [RRR^1. 22, 95% CI (1. 11, 1. 33)], compared with the acupuncture group [RRR^1, 5, 95% CI (1. 23, 1. 83)], and there were significant differences in efficacy; Better efficacy in ECG improvement [RR] 1. 23, 95% CI (1. 14, 1. 33)]; in regulating blood lipids, triglycerides [SMD=0, 81, 95% CI (-1. 57, -0, 06)], LDL cholesterol [SMD=0, .55, 95% CI (-1. 04, 0, 06)], HDL cholesterol Alcol [SMD=0.43, 95% CI ( 0, 2, 0, 65)], has better efficacy and is statistically significant. There was no statistical difference in angina improvement compared to the Chinese medicine group [RRR−1. 15, 95% CI (0. 99, 1. 35)]; there was no statistical difference in the improvement of total cholesterol between the trial group and the control group [SMD−0. 74, 95% CI (-1. 75, 0. 27)]. Conclusion Acupuncture is an effective treatment for angina in coronary heart disease, and can be used clinically. The evaluation findings of the system should also be viewed carefully and expect more high-quality clinical controlled trials to be incorporated into Meta analysis to improve the level of evidence.
