Objective: To explore the effect of mindfulness meditation on cancer related fatigue, anxiety and depression in patients with malignant hematological diseases undergoing chemotherapy. Methods: 60 patients with malignant hematological diseases who were treated with chemotherapy in our hospital from January 2020 to October 2022 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group (30 cases) and observation group (30 cases) according to the random number table. The control group was given routine intervention, and the observation group was given mindfulness meditation on the basis of the routine intervention. The two groups were intervened continuously for 4 weeks. The scores of Piper revised fatigue scale (PFS); The scores of self‐rating anxiety scale (SAS) and self‐rating depression scale (SDS); the European organization for research and treatment of cancer quality of life questionnaire Core 30 (EORTC QLQ‐C30); Satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results: Compared with the pre intervention, the PFS score of the two groups decreased significantly after the intervention, and the PFS score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.05); Compared with before intervention, SAS and SDS scores in the two groups decreased significantly after intervention, and SAS and SDS scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05); After the intervention, the scores of EORTC QLQ‐C30 in the two groups were significantly higher than those before the intervention, and the score of EORTC QLQ‐C30 in the observation group was significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05); Compared with the control group (76.67%), the observation group's satisfaction with the intervention (93.33%) was significantly higher (P<0.05). Conclusion: Mindfulness meditation can effectively reduce cancer‐related fatigue (CRF), anxiety and depression in patients with malignant hematological diseases undergoing chemotherapy, and can also improve their quality of life and satisfaction. It has high clinical reference value.
