Effect of rasayan krma and Nasya in management of speech imapirment in children.

INTERVENTION: CONDITION: Health Condition 1: F989‐ Unspecified behavioral and emotional disorders with onset usually occurring in childhood and adolescence PRIMARY OUTCOME: To evaluate the effect of Vacha Rasayan and Jyotishmati tail Pratimarsha Nasya in management of Gadgad vaak with special reference to speech imapirment in children.Timepoint: 90 days SECONDARY OUTCOME: To study Vacha Rasayan and Jyotishmati tail Pratimarsha Nasya in ayurvedic texts. ; To compare and correlate causes and effects of gadgad vaak with special reference to speech imapirment according to ayurvedic classics and modern view.Timepoint: 90 days INCLUSION CRITERIA: 1.Patients with age group 5 to 12 years after screening and with parental assent. 2.Children with clinical manifestation of gadgad vaka that is unintelligible speech. 3.Selection of patients will be irrespective of se Xreligion socioeconomic status. 4.Patients with diagnosed delayed development of speech as sequel of neurological disorder which is cured.
