INTERVENTION: Intervention1: Individual Resiliency Training: The Individual Resiliency Training or IRT is a structured, modular individual intervention developed as one of the core components of the NAVIGATE program, a coordinated speciality care model for people experiencing their first episode of psychosis in the US. It is designed to help individuals build resiliency, manage symptoms and stress, set and pursue meaningful personal goals, understand psychosis, and improve overall functioning in everyday life. The intervention combines elements of cognitive‐behavioural therapy, psychoeducation, motivational enhancement, and positive psychology within a recovery‐oriented framework. IRT extracts the theoretical and practical frameworks from the Stress‐Vulnerability Model, Recovery Model, Psychiatric Rehabilitation and CBT Principles, and Positive Psychology. Throughout IRT, clients and therapists work collaboratively to develop a personal resiliency narrative, a meaningful story of resilience that reflects strengths, coping, and purposeful goals. IRT is delivered individually, typically on a weekly, biweekly or monthly basis. It is manualized but flexible, allowing clinicians to tailor modules to client needs. The IRT sessions for the patients will consist of seven standard modules and seven customizable modules. Control Intervention1: Treatment‐as‐Usual: After the diagnosis of Schizophrenia according to ICD‐11, the Control group will receive the treatment as usual, as the Test group.
