INTERVENTION: Comparison between conventional double J catheter and modified double J catheter with extraction of the bladder tip to assess patient discomfort, including 100 cases of each type of catheter, previously randomized by a randomization table that will determine which type of catheter to be used . Patients who meet the inclusion and exclusion criteria and who agree to participate in the research after clarification and application of the TCLE will undergo double J catheter implantation (regardless of the research, they would already need the procedure) and after 1 week they will undergo catheter removal. Comparisons between groups will be made by completing the USSQ questionnaire before and after catheter implantation. The patient will not know what type of catheter will be placed, only the researcher will CONDITION: C12.050.351.968 Ureteral Obstruction PRIMARY OUTCOME: Through the use of a standardized questionnaire to evaluate symptoms related to double J catheter implantation (USSQ), it is expected to verify that reducing the amount of material in the bladder end significantly reduces the symptoms of dysuria, urinary frequency and hematuria, allowing better tolerance to the double J catheter with the adaptations made SECONDARY OUTCOME: No secondary outcomes are expected. INCLUSION CRITERIA: Patients of both genders; at least 18 years old; indicated for a double J catheter, regardless of the study; who understand and accept informed consent
