INTERVENTION: Group M: Morphine Sustained‐release Tablet Group:After conversion, the equivalent dose of morphine sustained‐release tablets is 1/2, once every 12 hours. When explosive pain occurs, 5mg of morphine injection is subcutaneously injected. If the pain score remains > or =4 points 24 hours later, 30mg of sustained‐release morphine tablets are added until the pain score is <4 points.;Group H: Hydromoradone Sustained‐release Tablets Group:The converted equivalent dose of hydromorphinone is once every 24 hours. When explosive pain occurs, 5mg of morphine injection is subcutaneously injected. If the pain score remains =4 points 48 hours later, an additional 8mg is added until the pain score is < 4 points; CONDITION: Cancer pain PRIMARY OUTCOME: Number of patients with satisfactory cancer pain control; SECONDARY OUTCOME: 24/48‐hour successful pain control rate;Post‐study total opioid dosage;Number of patients discontinuing or switching treatment for serious adverse events or poor pain control;Edmonton Symptom Assessme; The total opioid dosage after the completion of the study; The number of patients who transferred or discontinued treatment due to serious adverse events or poor pain control;Edmonton Symptom Scale;SF‐36 Quality of Life Assessment Scale; The follow‐up time was used to assess the changes in the PGIC score;Incidence of adverse events; INCLUSION CRITERIA: 1. The subjects voluntarily signed the informed consent form for this clinical observation. 2. Age should be between 18 and 75 years old, with no gender restrictions. 3. Both of the following two criteria must be met simultaneously: the digital score for persistent pain is greater than or equal to 4 points and/or the number of explosive pain episodes is greater than or equal to 3 times per day. 4. Those whose pain is mainly caused by physical reasons rather than mental or psychological factors. 5. The estimated life cycle is >=1 month. 6. Subjects must understand the research process and assessment, be able to objectively describe symptoms, and follow the drug dosage and visit plan.
