This retrospective, single-center observational study investigates the relationship between cognitive performance and return to work in patients with Long COVID. The study includes patients followed in the Long COVID day hospital at Hôpitaux Paris Est Val-de-Marne who underwent a neuropsychological assessment as part of routine care. Cognitive performance in executive functions, attention, memory, and processing speed is analyzed in relation to employment status at the time of assessment and six months later.
