A randomized controlled study of Baduanjin on senile weakness

INTERVENTION: Control group:Internal medicine routine treatment;Test group:Internal medicine routine treatment +Ba Duan Jin (Chinese martial art); CONDITION: Frailty in the elderly PRIMARY OUTCOME: ADL;FI; SECONDARY OUTCOME: Fasting blood glucose(FBG);CBF in different brain regions;Body Mass Index;Systolic blood pressure(SBP);Diastolic blood pressure(DBP);Total cholesterol(TC);Triglyceride(TG);Low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL‐C);High density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL‐C);Skeletal muscle mass; INCLUSION CRITERIA: (1) Age 60‐75 years old. (2) meet the diagnostic criteria for senile weakness. (3) Stable vital signs, willing to participate in clinical observation, obey the doctor's arrangement, cooperate with treatment, clear consciousness, can cooperate with Baduanjin training; (4) Patients and their family members agreed to accept the clinical trial and voluntarily participated in the study and signed the informed consent form.
