Clinical Curative Effect and safe Research on treatment of hemorrhagic stroke with stage acupuncture

INTERVENTION: Group A:Including acute stage patients only and will be treated by routine western medicine ;Group B:Including acute stage patients will be treated by acupuncture on the base of routine western medicine ;Group C:Include convalescence stage patients and to be treated by acupuncture ;Group D:Include convalescence stage patients and to be treated by rahabilitation ; CONDITION: cerebral hemorrhage PRIMARY OUTCOME: Neurological deficits scores;Mortality;Total function assessmen; SECONDARY OUTCOME: Ability of daily life;Motive function; INCLUSION CRITERIA: 1. according to Diagnostic Criteria of Cerebral hemorrhage by western medicine, proved by head CT; 2. according to Diagnostic Criteria of Apoplectic disease by TCM; 3. patients with acute phase (apoplexy involving both collateral and meridian<15 days, or apoplexy involving organs <30 days), or Convalescent patients (15 channels in 90 days, or organs in 30 to 90 days); 4. age 40‐70, both males and females; 5. In NDS, the score of limb function defect>=18; 6. attacked by stroke 1 or 2 times(almostly recovered from the first time); 7. patients with acute phase complied with acupuncture treatment of acute cerebral hemorrhage indication (State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine to promote the project of the National Standards); 8. Informed and Consent.
