INTERVENTION: Intervention1: Ultrasound‐guided Transversus Abdominis plane block: Ultrasound‐guided Transversus Abdominis plane block will be performed bilaterally after completion of caesarean delivery under aseptic precautions. The total duration required for administration of the block is approximately 10‐15 minutes.Ropivacaine 0.375% will be administered bilaterally at the appropriate anatomical plane under ultrasound guidance Control Intervention1: Ultrasound‐guided Rectus Sheath block: Ultrasound‐guided Rectus Sheath block will be performed bilaterally after completion of caesarean delivery under aseptic precautions. The total duration required for the block is approximately 10‐15 minutes.Ropivacaine 0.375% Will be administered bilaterally at the appropriate anatomical plane under ultrasound guidance CONDITION: Health Condition 1: O82‐ Encounter for cesarean delivery without indication PRIMARY OUTCOME: Postoperative pain intensity assessed using Visual analogue scale at rest and on coughingTimepoint: Baseline and 0,2,4,6,12 and 24 hours postoperatively SECONDARY OUTCOME: Haemodynamic parametersTimepoint: Baseline, intraoperative period, and 0,2,4,6,12,24 hours postoperatively Time of first rescue analgesicTimepoint: 0‐24 hours postoperatively Total postoperative rescue analgesic consumptionTimepoint: 0‐24 hours postoperatively INCLUSION CRITERIA: ASA grade I and II posted for elective LSCS
