INTERVENTION: Intervention1: Boswellia Serrata Tablets (Himalaya Wellness): 125mg four times a day for the duration of three days Analgesic and Anti‐inflammatory effect Control Intervention1: Diclofenac Sodium Tablets (Voveran 50 GE ‐ Novartis India Limited): 50mg three times a day for the duration of three days Analgesic and Anti‐inflammatory effect CONDITION: Health Condition 1: K006‐ Disturbances in tooth eruption Health Condition 2: K011‐ Impacted teeth PRIMARY OUTCOME: Pain, swelling and mouth openingTimepoint: Preoperative measurements ; measurements of post operative day1, day3 and day7 SECONDARY OUTCOME: noneTimepoint: none INCLUSION CRITERIA: INCLUSION CRITERIA: Subjects between 18‐45 years Subjects of both sexes will be included. Subjects with good physical and mental status. Subjects requiring surgical extraction of mandibular third molars, with difficulty inde X5‐7 as per Pedersonâ??s difficulty index.[18] Absence of any infection prior to the surgery. Subjects with non‐palpable submandibular lymph nodes. Subjects who were not on antibiotics and analgesics for the last 7 days. Subjects consenting for the study.
