INTERVENTION: saline group:rinse nose and nasal spray with saline, gargle with saline;test group:rinse nose with saline and budesonide nasal spray, gargle with Jinkouxin;control group:/; CONDITION: SARS‐CoV‐2 Omicron variant infection PRIMARY OUTCOME: Incidence of taste and olfactory disorders in patients; INCLUSION CRITERIA: 1. The mild case of Omicron COVID‐19 infection confirmed in Shanghai Fangcang Hospital since April 20, 2022, has not suffered from taste and smell dysfunction; 2. Age = 18 years old; 3. Sign the informed consent form.
