Han's Acupoints Nerve Stimulation for spasticity (HANS study): a Randomized Controlled Trial

INTERVENTION: 1:HANS 100 Hz;2:HANS 2 Hz;3:HANS placebo; CONDITION: Spasticity PRIMARY OUTCOME: Modified Ashworth Scale; SECONDARY OUTCOME: Global Assessment Scale;Modified Barthel Index;Disability Assessment Scale;Functional Ambulation Classification;Modified Ashworth Scale; INCLUSION CRITERIA: 1. 18‐85 years of age; 2. Cerebral infarction or brain trauma occurred over 3 months; 3. Modified Ashworth Scale of spastic wrist scores more than 3; 4. Suffering difficulty in personal hygiene, clothing, wrist pain or abnormal position and Disability Assessment Scale scores more than 2; 5. Patient can comprehend and sign or their families understand and willing to sign the informed consent form.
