This study evaluates whether adding breathing exercises to standard physical therapyhelps improve lung function and overall well‐being in people with cervical discopathy(neck problems).Participants diagnosed with cervical discopathy will be divided into two groups. Onegroup will receive 15 sessions of standard physical therapy, which includes Ultrasound,Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation (TENS), infrared therapy, and neck exercises. The second group will receive the exact same standard physical therapy, but with an addedspecific breathing exercise program for 15 sessions. Researchers will measure thepatients' breathing capacity, neck pain levels, and psychological well‐being before thetreatments start and right after the 15‐session program ends to see if the addedbreathing exercises provide extra benefits.
