Intervention of Ayurvedic Medicine (Arogya Kashayam) in Covid-19 positive cases (Asymptomatic and Mild Symptomatic)

INTERVENTION: Intervention1: Arogya Kashayam‐20: Dose : 100 ml Frequency: Twice a day (morning and evening) Route: Oral. Duration: 10 days. Control Intervention1: Hydroxychloroquine (HCQ): Dose: First day ‐ 800 mg maintenance dose for next five days ‐ 400 mg. Frequency: Twice a day in divided dose. Route : Oral. Duration: 6 days. CONDITION: Health Condition 1: B972‐ Coronavirus as the cause of diseases classified elsewhere PRIMARY OUTCOME: Check the progression of the diseaseTimepoint: Base line, 3 days, 7 days SECONDARY OUTCOME: Conversion from mild symptomatic to asymptomatic casesTimepoint: Base line, 3 days, 7 days, 10 days INCLUSION CRITERIA: Asymptomatic and Mild cases of Covid‐19 Aged between 16‐60 years without any discrimination of gender, caste and religion Participants able to give Informed consent and follow the instructions
