INTERVENTION: Trade Name: Ketamine Product Name: Ketamine Pharmaceutical Form: Intravenous infusion INN or Proposed INN: ketamine chlorhydrate Concentration unit: mg/kg/h milligram(s)/kilogram/hour Concentration type: equal Concentration number: 0.2‐ Pharmaceutical form of the placebo: Intravenous infusion Route of administration of the placebo: Intravenous use CONDITION: Limbs peripheral traumatisms in prehospital emergency medicine PRIMARY OUTCOME: Main Objective: The main objective is to assess the morphinic saving induced by the use of ketamine bolus followed by a continuous perfusion for limbs peripheral traumatisms victims in comparison with a single ketamine dose. Primary end point(s): The primary end point is the diminution of 20% of morphine consumption at T60 or at the end of the caring step if its duration is inferior to one hour in the group treated with a continuous perfusion of ketamine Secondary Objective: 1/To assess the appearance of side effects related to the use of morphine; 2/To assess the tolerance of ketamine administered by continuous perfusion in this indication; INCLUSION CRITERIA: ‐ Men and women aged 18‐70 ‐ Patients who must have a prehospital caring due to limbs peripheral traumatisms ‐ Patients with a EVA score higher or equal to 6 ‐ Patients with a social insurance Are the trial subjects under 18? no Number of subjects for this age range: F.1.2 Adults (18‐64 years) yes F.1.2.1 Number of subjects for this age range F.1.3 Elderly (>=65 years) yes F.1.3.1 Number of subjects for this age range
