Effectiveness Of Homoeopathic Treatment For Low Thyroid Function In Age Between 50 to 60 Years By The Method Randomised Controlled Trial

INTERVENTION: Intervention1: Homeopathic Miasmatic Medicine: Homeopathic Miasmatic medicines selected based on symptomatology after detailed case taking.the indicated medicine will be prescribed in suitable potency and dosage according to homeopathic principles.Follow up will be done as required. The duration of intervention for each participant may extend up to 18 months depending on the nature of the case. Control Intervention1: Homoeopathic Biochemic Medicine: Homeopathic Biochemic medicines selected based on symptomatology after detailed case taking.the indicated medicine will be prescribed in suitable potency and dosage according to homeopathic principles.Follow up will be done as required. The duration of intervention for each participant may extend up to 18 months depending on the nature of the case. CONDITION: Health Condition 1: E039‐ Hypothyroidism, unspecified PRIMARY OUTCOME: Primary outcome will be the change in thyroid function test parameters (TSH,T3,T4 levels) from baseline to end of study,comparing intervention and control groups.Timepoint: Outcome assessments will be performed at baseline(Day 0), and at follow‐up visit at 1 month, 3 months & 6 months. SECONDARY OUTCOME: NilTimepoint: Nil INCLUSION CRITERIA: 1.Newly diagnosed or existing cases of primary hypothyroidism 2.Willingness to participate and provide informed consent 3.Patients not currently on thyroid hormone replacement therapy or willing to discontinue it under medical supervision
