New fertility treatment for Polycystic Ovary Syndrome

INTERVENTION: Intervention1: Combined Clomiphene Citrate and letrozole: Clomiphene Citrate 100mg per oral once a day starting Day 3 or day 5 of menstrual cycle alternately for 3 days and Letrozole 5mg per oral once a day starting Day 4 or Day 6 of menstrual cycle alternately for 3 days expected duration of treatment is 3 to 6 months Control Intervention1: Letrozole: Letrozole 5mg per oral once a day starting Day 3 or Day 5 of menstrual cycle for 5 days expected duration of treatment is 3 to 6 months CONDITION: Polycystic ovarian syndrome PRIMARY OUTCOME: Increase in the no of mature follicles ; Increase in the thickness of endometriumTimepoint: 10 to 14 days of menstrual cycle from 3 to 6 months SECONDARY OUTCOME: Pregnancy, Failed Ovulation, miscarriageTimepoint: once pregnancy is confirmed. for failed ovulation, after completion of 6 cycles. Miscarriage will be assessed at the end of the study INCLUSION CRITERIA: Women attending infertility centre with the history of PCOS and resistant to Clomiphene Citrate, women whose husband have normal sperm count and azoospermia will be included in the study
