INTERVENTION: Intervention1: Acrylic Crowns in anterior teeth affected by Early Childhood Caries: Acrylic crowns in rehabilitation of early childhood caries (ECC) in children. They provide full coronal coverage, which is useful when multiple surfaces are destroyed and a simple filling is unlikely to last. Acrylic crowns are described as a practical option for grossly destructed primary anterior teeth in ECC. They improve esthetics, which is important in preschool children because anterior tooth loss or severe breakdown can affect appearance and parental acceptance of treatment. They help restore function, including mastication and speech, especially when ECC has caused extensive loss of tooth structure. They can support psychological well‐being by improving the child s smile and reducing the social impact of visible anterior decay. Control Intervention1: Acrylic crown without tooth preparation in children with Early childood Caries.: Typically all anteriors are affected and mostly needs a full coverage crown to restore the multi‐surface caries and prevent breakage of the teeth at the neck. Many type of crowns like zirconia used in pediatric practice may need lot of tooth reduction and chair side time. However in teeth nearing to shed or in children with anxiety and dental phobia the crown cutting may be a challenge. So this is an altered technique of crown preparation by utilizing the already existing physiological spaces in primary dentition between anteriors and the incisal attrition due to caries can be utilised for acrylic crowns to be fabricated with minimal tooth preparation This approach takes less chairside time and can be advantageous to deliver multiple crowns in one sitting. CONDITION: Health Condition 1: K026‐ Dental caries on smooth surface PRIMARY OUTCOME: To compare the feasibility of a novel technique without teeth preparation and conventional tooth preparation for acrylic crown in rehabilitation of anterior teeth affected by early childhood cariesTimepoint: To compare the feasibility of a novel technique without teeth preparation and conventional tooth preparation for acrylic crown in rehabilitation of anterior teeth affected by early childhood caries SECONDARY OUTCOME: To compare the efficacy of rehabilitation of anterior teeth with acrylic crown without tooth preparation and conventional tooth preparation technique by assessing and comparing chairside time, gingival status, retention, opposite teeth attrition level, marginal integrity and parental acceptanceTimepoint: 1 month 3 months 6 months To evaluate the feasibility of utilizing interdental spaces instead of proximal reduction and incisal reduction in rehabilitation of anterior teeth early childhood cariesTimepoint: 1 month 3 months 6 months INCLUSION CRITERIA: Children diagnosed with ECC with multisurface caries affected anterior teeth with physiological spacing which require full coverage crowns Patient under age of 4‐6 years Anterior primary teeth treated with pulp therapy which require full coverage crowns Frankl 1 and 2 definitely cooperative and cooperative patients
