INTERVENTION: Conventional Rehabilitation Group:1. Occupational therapy. Conduct side‐avoidance reinforcement training, which includes visual scanning training (reading newspapers from left to right) and side‐avoidance item positioning (placing red‐marked items on the left side); conduct ADL training, including unilateral neglect compensation techniques (fixing tableware and toiletries on the side of neglect) and dressing training (emphasizing starting to dress from the side of neglect), 30 minutes per session, 1 session per day, 5 days per week, for 3 weeks. 2. Physical therapy (muscle strength training, joint range of motion training, balance and coordination training, walking training) and acupuncture treatment. The treatment frequency is 30 minutes per session, 1 session per day, 5 days per week, for 3 weeks.;Mirror Therapy Group(MT):On the basis of conventional rehabilitation training, mirror therapy (MT) was administered. A mirror was placed vertically in front of the patient. The unaffected limb was positioned in front of the mirror, while the affected limb was placed behind the mirror and completely obscured by it. The following movements were performed: elbow flexion and extension, forearm pronation and supination, wrist dorsiflexion and palmar flexion, mass extension and flexion of the fingers, isolated thumb extension, thumb‐to‐inde Xfinger opposition, thumb opposition, thumb‐to‐finger touching, and finger counting. In addition, the unaffected forearm, wrist, dorsum of the hand, fingers and palm were brushed with a soft brush. During all the above movements, patients focused on the mirror reflection and imagined that the affected limb was performing the same movements or receiving the same stimulation. Each session lasted 30 minutes, once daily, 5 days per week, for 3 consecutive weeks.;Task‐Oriented Mirror Therapy Group(TOMT):1. Conduct TOMT treatment on the basis of conventional rehabilitation therapy. 2. Treatment equipment. Use specially designed mirror boxes. The task props include differently colored building blocks (to imitate placing items), tableware (to imitate eating), water cups (to imitate pouring water and drinking), writing tools, etc. 3. Operating procedure. This group of patients first receive conventional rehabilitation training, and then receive relevant training for TOMT. Have the patient sit in front of the mirror box, place the healthy side limb on the side of the mirror, and the mirror surface should be perpendicular to the midline of the trunk, completely covering the affected side limb. Accept tasks of gradually increasing difficulty, including the basic stage (the first week) of simple action imitation and item grasping and placing; the advanced stage (2‐3 weeks) of functional tasks, simulating ADL. During the treatment, change the task type every 5 minutes. 30 minutes per session, once a day, 5 times a week, for 3 weeks.; CONDITION: Stroke PRIMARY OUTCOME: Line Bisection Test;Catherine Bergego Scale (CBS); SECONDARY OUTCOME: Modified Barthel Inde X(MBI);Health Survey Form; INCLUSION CRITERIA: 1. Meets the diagnostic criteria for stroke and is confirmed by CT/MRI to have a lesion in the right cerebral hemisphere; 2. Positive results for the line segment bisector test and the star cancellation test; 3. Within 1 week to 3 months after the onset (subacute stage to early recovery period); 4. Can maintain a sitting position for 30 minutes or more; 5. Has no cognitive impairment (MMSE >= 24 points); 6. Signed the informed consent form.
