Assessment of end results of scarring using the Vancouver system for measuring height, width & thickness of scar; 2. Pain, irritation & redness and patient satisfaction SECONDARY OUTCOME: Not provided at time of registration INCLUSION CRITERIA: Any facial lesion in an adult for direct single layer closure under local anaesthetic as an out‐patient
