INTERVENTION: D25.339.312 E04.545.668 Maxillary sinus floor augumentation associated with conventional implants placement (n = 20 maxillary sinus) at the control group or extra‐short implants placement (n = 20 maxillary sinus)at the test group. CONDITION: Alveolar bone Loss ; C05.116.264.150 C05.116.264.150 PRIMARY OUTCOME: The success rates of implants, that will be evaluate by clinical analyzis, of the short implants installed in the posterior maxillary region will be similar or superior (around 5%) to the success rates of conventional implants installed in the same area, but where the grafting procedure was previously performed. SECONDARY OUTCOME: The bone level to be evaluated by radiographic analyzes of the short implants installed in the posterior maxilla will be similar or superior (less than 2 mm of bone loss) than in the conventional implants installed in the same area, but where the grafting procedure was previously performed. The stability of the implants to be analyzed by frequency of resonance in short implants installed in the posterior region of the maxilla will be similar or inferior (about 10%) than in conventional implants installed in the same area, but where the grafting procedure was performed previously . INCLUSION CRITERIA: Similar degree of atrophy in bilateral posterior maxilla region with a minimum subantral bone height of 4.0 mm and a width of 6.0 mm.
