Comparison of the Effect after Intra-articular Injection of an Hyaluronic Acid and Platelet-Rich Plasma(PRP) on Osteoarthritis of the Knee - Randomized Controlled Trial

INTERVENTION: Drug, Biological/Vaccine : Among patients who diagnosed osteoarthrititis inject Hyaluronic acid(Hyal Forte) and PRP in glenoid cavity respectively and expected to comparison the results. Hyaluronic acid group is scheduled to inject once a week, total 3 times. PRP group will be injected in glenoid cavity 3 4week interval, total 3 times. CONDITION: Diseases of the musculo‐skeletal system and connective tissue PRIMARY OUTCOME: pain (Using questionnaire) SECONDARY OUTCOME: degree of activity (Using questionnaire) discomfort (Using questionnaire) symptom (Using questionnaire) INCLUSION CRITERIA: ? Patient who treated for primary degenerative osteoarthritis ? kellgren Lawrence Gr 1 to 3 in radiograph patients with who complaining of pain in the knee joint over 3 months before research and has no effect or can’t use for side effect on NSAIDs
