The application of new media teaching mode in the teaching of emergency rescue care in nursing college students-taking cardiopulmonary resuscitation as an example

Objective: To improve and evaluate the application of the knowledge and skills of college students in emergency nursing, and to explore the application of new media teaching mode in college students' emergency nursing courses, so as to guide the direction of teaching reform. Method: There are totally 180 students in the senior and junior elective emergency nursing courses are randomly divided into 2 groups, 90 in the control group and 90 in the research group. The quality of nursing teaching and professional skills of the two groups were observed and analyzed. The group is traditional teaching, and the experimental group evaluates the results of the teaching results of the two groups of students in the final exams of the new media teaching by "theoretical examination", "operational examination" and "questionnaire". Statistical analysis used SPSS 24.0 statistical software to analyze the above data. The measurement data were expressed as (x + s). The paired t test was used for comparison between groups, and the utilization rate of counting data was (%). The X2 was used for comparison between groups. When P < 0.05, the difference was considered to be statistically significant. Results: The excellent rate of teaching quality of emergency nursing in the research group was significantly better than that in the control group (P < 0.05); the academic, operational and clinical lecture scores in the research group were higher than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Regardless of the final exam or the questionnaire, the scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group. The difference between the groups was statistically significant. Conclusion: The new media teaching model can help to improve the interest of college students in the study of emergency nursing courses and stimulate their practical ability. Guarantee the quality of the operation process and win valuable time to save lives. Multimedia teaching is conducive to students' overall mastery of knowledge, interactive teaching is conducive to the cultivation of interpersonal communication skills. In the teaching of emergency nursing, comprehensive consideration should be taken to adopt more appropriate methods for classroom teaching.
