An Investigation on the prioritization scheme in the treatment of Mild-to-moderate depressive Disorder by Acupuncture: a Randomized Controlled Clinical Trail

INTERVENTION: Group of electro‐acupuncture combined with Seroxat:The patients receive a 30‐minute electro‐acupuncture treatment, applied once another day, total 3 times a week over 6 consecutive weeks. Meanwhile, Seroxat is administered as a dose of 10mg a day for the fist 2days, then increased to 20mg day.;Group of manual acupuncture:The patients receive a 30‐minute manual acupuncture treatment, applied once another day, total 3 times a week over 6 consecutive weeks.;Group of electro‐acupuncture:The patients receive a 30‐minute electro‐acupuncture treatment, applied once another day, total 3 times a week over 6 consecutive weeks.;Group of electro‐acupuncture:The patients receive a 30‐minute electro‐acupuncture treatment, applied once another day, total 3 times a week over 6 consecutive weeks.;Group of Seroxat:Seroxat is administered as a dose of 10mg a day for the fist 2days, then increased to 20mg day, the total treatment is over 6 consecutive weeks.;Group of manual acupuncture combined with Seroxat:The patients receive a 30‐minute manual acupuncture treatment, applied once another day, total 3 times a week over 6 consecutive weeks. Meanwhile, Seroxat is administered as a dose of 10mg a day for the fist 2days, then increased to 20mg day.; CONDITION: Mild‐to‐moderate depressive Disorder PRIMARY OUTCOME: Deducted rate of HAMD‐17 score; SECONDARY OUTCOME: Scores of HAMD‐17;Scores of SDS (Selfrating Depression Scale);Scores of SERS (Rating Scale for Side Effects; INCLUSION CRITERIA: (1) been diagnosed as Mild‐to‐moderate depressive Disorder with the "International Classification of Diseases and diagnostic criteria", except bipolar depression; (2) the total score of 17‐items Hamilton Depression Rating Scale (HAMD‐17) more than 17; (3) both male and female, 18 to 60 years old; (4) sign the informed consent.
