INTERVENTION: Control Group:The patient is undergoing regular hemodialysis, with three sessions per week, each lasting four hours. They are also taking standard medications for heart failure management, such as beta‐blockers, ACE inhibitors, or ARB medications. The patient has comorbidities including hypertension and diabetes, and is receiving symptomatic antihypertensive, glucose‐lowering, lipid‐lowering, and antiplatelet therapy.;Treatment group:The patient undergoes regular hemodialysis, three times a week, each session lasting four hours. They are taking standard medications for heart failure management, such as beta‐blockers, ACE inhibitors, or ARBs. The patient also has comorbidities like hypertension and diabetes, and is receiving corresponding antihypertensive, antidiabetic, antilipidemic, and antiplatelet therapies. The observation group, in addition to the control group's treatment, adds Jianxin Granules: take 10g orally, three times daily. The total treatment duration is one month.; CONDITION: Uremic Heart Failure PRIMARY OUTCOME: N‐terminal pro‐B‐type natriuretic peptide (NT‐proBNP);Interleukin‐1;Interleukin‐6/IL‐6;Interleukin‐10/IL‐10;NYHA cardiac function classification;Grading of Quantitative Symptom Scoring in Traditional Chinese Medicine;SF‐36;Left Ventricular Ejection Fraction (LVEF); SECONDARY OUTCOME: Troponin T (TnT);Creatine kinase (CK);Creatinine (Cr);Urea nitrogen;Cystatin C (CysC);Urinary Microalbumin Panel A;ß‐N‐acetylglucosaminidase (NAG);C‐reactive protein (CRP);Tumor Necrosis Factor (TNF‐a);Human 8‐hydroxydeoxyguanosine (8‐OHdG);Human malondialdehyde (MDA);Human Reactive Oxygen Species (ROS);Human Superoxide Dismutase (SOD);Human Glutathione (GSH);Human oxidized glutathione (GSSG);ECG ST segment changes; INCLUSION CRITERIA: 1.
