A clinical trial of 10.6µm CO2 laser acupuncture treatment for breast cancer related lymphedema

INTERVENTION: Control group:general treatment;Laser acupuncture group:laser acupuncture treatment; CONDITION: breast cancer related lymphedema PRIMARY OUTCOME: Upper limb circumference; SECONDARY OUTCOME: Quality of life;Bioelectrical impedance analysis(BIA); INCLUSION CRITERIA: 1)females who had a history of breast cancer;2)had a history of mastectomy with or without adjuvant chemotherapy/ radiotherapy; 3)age over 18 years; 4)mild to moderate lymphedema (2‐8 cm increase on the average circumference compared to the unaffected arm).
