Study for the impact of acupuncture for the rate of high-quality embryos in PCOS patients undergoing IVF

INTERVENTION: Acupuncture + IVF group:Acupuncture ;IVF group:No acupuncture; CONDITION: Polycystic ovary syndrome PRIMARY OUTCOME: High quality embryo rate; SECONDARY OUTCOME: Days of Gn;Biochemical pregnancy rate;Embryo implantation rate;Gn dosage;Multiple pregnancy rate;Live birth rate;SDS depression scale;Cause of cycle cancellation;Early miscarrige rate;F‐G score;Ongoing pregnancy rate;Rosenfield score;SAS anxiety scale;Adverse events;Ectopic pregnancy rate;OHSS;MPCOSQ scale scores;Clinical pregnancy rate; INCLUSION CRITERIA: (1)Those who meet the diagnostic criteria of PCOS and have induced anovulation or have attempted pregnancy without pregnancy for more than 6 months after ovulation; (2)Patients who met the indications of IVF and were determined by reproductive doctors to GnRH antagonist protocol for IVF; (3)21 = age =35; (4)Did not receive acupuncture treatment in the last 3 months; (5)Not participating in other ongoing clinical studies; (6)Patients signed informed consent to participate in the study voluntarily.
