INTERVENTION: Real Stimulation Group: Intervention in the Cervical Three‐Acupuncture Group Patients were instructed to lie in the prone position or sit upright, and to keep relaxed. The skin was disinfected with 75% alcohol swabs following routine disinfection procedures, and the operator's hands were disinfected.Disposable sterile acupuncture needles (0.25 × 40 mm) were used at the three cervical acupoints. The needles were inserted slowly perpendicularly to a depth of 8–13 mm until the needle tip reached the lesion or surrounding soft tissue. Mild lifting‐thrusting manipulation was performed to obtain De Qi sensation (local soreness, distension, and pain). After De Qi was achieved, gentle lifting‐thrusting and twirling‐rotating manipulations were applied to propagate the needle sensation. The needles were retained for 20 minutes. The entire acupuncture session lasted 22 minutes. After treatment, the needles were removed. Local cotton ball compression was applied if bleeding occurred upon needle withdrawal. The treatment was administered once per session, 3 sessions per week, with 4 days of rest. One week constituted one treatment course, and a total of 2 courses were performed.;Sham Stimulation Group:Intervention in the Sham Stimulation Group Disposable foam pads were attached to the identical acupoints. Blunt‐tip placebo needles were used to gently pierce the foam pads, with the needle tip only touching the skin surface without skin penetration. Needle manipulation was performed for 2 minutes, followed by needle retention for 20 minutes. The entire procedure lasted 22 minutes. The treatment schedule was identical: once per day, 3 sessions per week, 4 days rest, 1 week per course, for a total of 2 courses. All procedures followed standard disinfection protocols, with identical acupoin CONDITION: Cervical Spondylotic Radiculopathy PRIMARY OUTCOME: (verbal rating scale,VAS); SECONDARY OUTCOME: (Neck Disability Index,NDI;(Cervical Range of Motion, CROM);(Japanese Orthopaedic Association,JOA);(Neck Pain Questionnaire,NPQ);(Short Form 36 health survey scale,SF‐36);Hamilton Depression Scale;Hamilton Anxiety Scale;Mini‐Mental State Examination; INCLUSION CRITERIA: Inclusion Criteria 1.
