INTERVENTION: isolated autologous fascia lata group:Supraspinatus tendon reconstruction using autologous fascia lata;LARS ligament‐fascia lata composite graft group:supraspinatus tendon reconstruction using LARS ligament‐fascia lata composite graft; CONDITION: irreparable massive rotator cuff tears PRIMARY OUTCOME: American Shoulder and Elbow Surgeons (ASES) score; SECONDARY OUTCOME: Surgery‐related indicators;Adverse Events (AEs);Radiological assessment;Pain‐free range of motion of the shoulder;Pain and functional assessment; INCLUSION CRITERIA: 1.Aged 18–80 years, without restriction on gender; 2.Massive rotator cuff tear identified on preoperative MRI (Definition of massive rotator cuff tear: anteroposterior tear length =5 cm on sagittal view, or tear involving two or more rotator cuff tendons), and confirmed as irreparable massive rotator cuff tear intraoperatively; 3.Agree to be randomly assigned to receive either arthroscopic supraspinatus tendon reconstruction using LARS artificial ligament combined with autologous fascia lata or arthroscopic isolated supraspinatus tendon reconstruction with autologous fascia lata;
